A team-based approach to GP care that has proved a success in two rural Taranaki communities could help cure some of the country’s healthcare issues, one of the doctor’s behind the method says.

Dr Nick Loveridge-Easther, one of three GPs who own Coastal Medical Ltd, believes their innovative way of working benefits both GPs and other health professionals, and the communities they care for.
